thanks for the feedback Wayne. I don’t know why I didn’t see this comment until now. Sadly, I have heard this issue happen with multiple credit card processors (the monthly billing after termination).

I hope that nobody ever has to deal with Joseph Hernandez in the risk management department. Trust me, this guy is pure evil! I went over a per-swipe limit once and he decided to withhold not only that one transaction but every single one after that! Without telling me! I only found three weeks later when my bank account was almost down to nothing. Now I face decimating my credit, losing my credit with my bank, and bouncing several checks. He knows this but continues to drag his feet and making for jump through all kinds of newer and newer hoops to satisfy him. He hangs up on me or puts me on hold. when I call now! WOW, What a jerk!

We used ROAMpay and were very dissatisfied with the company. After cancelling the service they continued to take money from our account for three months and still haven’t returned the money. We will likely have to call them again. Also, we had a lot of problems running transactions on weekends. Currently we are using Square and no longer have any problems whatsoever. Very happy with the service of Square, but we wouldn’t recommend Roampay to anyone
